Launched by the Olympic Foundation for Culture and Heritage at PyeongChang 2018, the Olympian Artists-in-Residence programme celebrates the links between sport and culture by offering Olympians with artistic interests opportunities to produce and present new artworks during or between editions of the Olympic Games.
The third edition of the Olympian Artists-in-Residence programme brings seven Olympians with striking artistic talent to the forefront, with artworks inspired by the Olympic values and winter sports.
Bobsledder Christopher Coleman (USA)
Judoka Neil Eckersley (GBR)
Long jumper Kader Klouchi (FRA-ALG)
Diver Gao Min (CHN)
Highly decorated Olympic diver and International Swimming Hall of Fame member Gao Min learned how to swim at the age of four. At nine, she was spotted by a diving coach who persuaded her to switch to diving. One of the most successful divers in the history of the sport, Gao was the gold medallist in the 3m springboard event at Seoul 1988 and Barcelona 1992.
