E-posters template

The template for e-posters is now available for download

Preparation of your e-poster

An e-poster should be simple and straightforward, avoiding unnecessary clutter.

It should focus on the main points of the research or idea, presenting them in a clear and concise manner. This includes using a neutral tone in the design and interface.

The use of high-quality images, charts, graphs and infographics can enhance the visual appeal of your e-poster and make the content more engaging.

The poster should be designed in landscape orientation, and font sizes should range between 10 and 12 for text areas and 20 and 28 for titles, preferably in Arial font due to its readability on digital screens.

E-poster submission process and important dates

All e-posters will need to be uploaded as one Microsoft PowerPoint slide.

Prezi, Canva and other templates will not be supported. Using the template provided by the organisers is strongly recommended.

The upload platform will open on Friday 26 January and will remain open until Friday 16 February 2024.

All e-poster presenters will receive a link to the submission platform. Only e-posters uploaded via the submission platform will be accepted.

E-poster presenters who are not presenting at moderated lunchtime sessions can record a two-minute commentary for the e-poster, which will be available via the Conference mobile app.

The commentary recording tool will be available via the submission platform.
