बायोग्राफी

Mario Magnozzi was a striker who played most of his career with Livorno, playing for them from 1920-30, and finishing his career there in 1933-36. In 1920 Magnozzi helped Livorno win the Torneo del Sud, and they played FC Internazionale, winner of the Torneo del Nord, for the Italian Championships. Magnozzi scored two goals, but Internazionale prevailed 3-2. Magnozzi played with AC Milano from 1930-32. He was the Serie A leading scorer in 1924/25.

Magnozzi earned 29 international caps, including playing at the 1924 and 1928 Olympics, where he won a bronze medal, scoring three goals in the bronze medal match against Egypt. Magnozzi also helped Italy win the Central European International Cup from 1927-30.

After he finishing playing, Magnozzi coached various clubs. He led Milano from 1941-43, Lecce in 1948-49, AEK in 1952-53, and was again back with Livorno from 1954-56.
