Biographie

William Logan, known as Buster, was born to a family of 14 children, with a father who made certain all his boys played sports. Buster competed around Newark, New Jersey and rode for the Alpine Wheelmen. After the Olympics he stayed in Europe, riding races for a year, but then returned to New Jersey. His career was running an Exxon service station in Newark, which he did for over 40 years. Logan fought in World War II with the Army, stationed mostly in Burma (Myanmar). He stayed active throughout his life, running on a treadmill and riding stationary bikes up until his death.
