Biographie

Michael Anti was a rifle shooter who competed at four Olympics between 1992-2008, missing only the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. His primary focus was on small-bore rifle shooting, winning a silver in 3-positions at the 2004 Athina Olympics. At the 1991 Pan American Games, Anti won five gold medals, two individually, and three in team events. He was a two-time World Cup Champion and won a silver at the 2000 World Cup finals.

During his career Anti was in the US Army, joining in 1988 and receiving an Airborne Badge and Ranger Tab, and serving in the US Army World Class Athlete Program. He retired from the Army in 2008 with the rank of major. Anti went to West Virginia University, where he led the school to three NCAA Championships and was named a four-time All-American.
