Biographie

Competing for Washington State, Eldon Jenne tied for first in the pole vault at the initial NCAA championship. He later competed for the Multnomah AC. At Washington State, Jenne also played football. He later became a coach, starting in high school in Oregon, where he led teams to state championships in football and basketball. Jenne then became football and basketball coach at Pacific University. He was inducted into the Oregon Sports Hall of Fame in 1983.
