Since becoming the Olympian and breaking the Greek national record in the 10,000m at Rio 2016, she became clinically depressed.

She speaks to the Olympic Channel Podcast about what worked for her mental health, an idea for how to improve marathon events, and why it's never too late to find a mentor.
