Your Official Spectator Guide

As a holder of one or more tickets for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, you will be provided with an official spectator guide for each discipline and each competition venue, in which you will find:

  • Key information specific to your session
  • Transport tips for getting to your competition venue

  • And other valuable advice

Access your tickets

Your ticket for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games is 100% digital. You will need to present it on the "Paris 2024 Tickets" application to attend your session.

Paris 2024 Tickets is the only official application for :

  • Access your tickets
  • Transfer them to your beneficiaries
  • Resell them on the official resale platform

Log in now with the login details you used when you placed your order to access your tickets. On the day of your visit, you'll find your tickets on this application, even without a network, in the form of QR codes that you'll need to present at the checkpoints at the entrance to the venue! If you have several tickets for the same session, transfer them to your beneficiaries as soon as possible to ensure smooth access to the venue on the big Day!

In order to receive all the information you need for your session and to facilitate your entry to the competition venues, it is necessary to transfer your tickets to your family and friends at least 48 hours before the session.

Your children's tickets can be stored on your "Paris 2024 Tickets" application, and you can present them at access control by entering their first and last names directly on the application.

To keep a souvenir of your experience, Paris 2024 is offering you the chance to take home a souvenir ticket for your session. This collector's item can be purchased on the Paris 2024 Tickets application and will be sent to you after the Games.

Your checklist for the Day

  • There will be no deposit system on venue. Prohibited items will be collected and not returned. Travel light, taking only the bare minimum with you, and consult the list of authorised and prohibited items.

    In addition, although 75cl water bottles are permitted (glass and cans of any capacity are prohibited), you should be aware that liquids will be checked when you enter the venue. You will have to take a sip of liquid during the security check. Make sure you have your containers ready before these checks.

  • Paris 2024 proudly accepts only Visa for card and mobile payments, along with cash, at Olympic and Paralympic venues to pay for food, beverages, and official licensed products. For spectators arriving without a Visa product, visit a Visa Prepaid Card Kiosk location or download the Visa Go app to add money to a virtual Visa Prepaid Card*.

  • Before you arrive at the venue, find out about the weather conditions and equip yourself accordingly: wide-brimmed hat, sun cream with an SPF of at least 30, sunglasses, small folding umbrella, metal water bottle (75cl max.), light covering clothing, etc.

    • In particular, during a heatwave or a period of extreme heat, you should:
    • Drink water regularly without waiting until you are thirsty. There are water points on site where you can fill your water bottles
    • Keep your body wet and ventilated
    • Favour gentle activities
    • Spend time in a cool place (shaded areas are indicated on site)

    • Plan to arrive at least 1.5 hours before the start of your session so that you can get to the venue in complete peace of mind. Doors close 30 minutes before the end of the session. All exits are final.
    • We recommand that you take public transport or active modes of transport
    • Once you're on the venue, make the most of your experience by taking care to respect the site and its environment. Recycling bins are available for disposing of your rubbish
    • Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the venue, except in designated areas
    • Please behave in a civic-minded and irreproachable manner, rejecting any violence and banning any racist, discriminatory, sexist, anti-LGBT+ or degrading comments or behaviour

Services offered on the competition venue

Nutrition & Hydration

At the competition venues, discover a selection of products to satisfy all tastes. The catering offer will be in line with Paris 2024's commitment to offer a range of products that are more plant-based, more local and just as tasty. Several types of products will be sold in the catering outlets, such as hot dogs, pizzas, burgers and salads, which will also be available in vegetarian versions. A selection of non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

Official shops

Don't forget to visit one of the official Paris 2024 shops before leaving the venue. T-shirts, mascots, caps, toys... there's something for everyone! For yourself or your loved ones, leave with an unforgettable souvenir of the Paris 2024 Games.

Lost property

If you lose something on the day of your session, go to the Information Desk inside the competition venue.

Medical assistance on venue

If you need medical assistance, go to one of our medical posts or ask the people wearing a red chasuble. Our medical posts are open throughout the competitions and are indicated by signs at the venues. Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) are on site and freely available.

Outside the venues, if necessary, contact your GP, call 15 (SAMU) or 112 in an emergency.
