Gauthier Schueller

Gauthier Schueller will carry the Olympic torch. This is his story:

22-year-old Gauthier is in his third year of engineering studies at ENIM in the framework of a co-operative education programme at ArcelorMittal, a partner of the Paris 2024 Games. An ambitious person brimming with determination, he also nurtures a deep-seated love for football and nature. Sport remains central to his life, especially when he combines it with his vocation as a firefighter.

Practising a range of sports has boosted his courage and shaped who he is. Moreover, Gauthier is on hand as a medic for FC Metz during their matches throughout the season. Representing his nation in the Olympic Games is a tremendous honour for him. He is mighty proud to fly the flag for his country and his company.
