Adrien Mathis

Adrien Mathis will carry the Olympic torch. This is his story:

Adrien's journey in the world of sports events began in 2017, starting by answering phones and providing support to venues. Over time, he seized the opportunity to advance as a developer and gradually transitioned into the realm of the Olympic Games. His professional journey has taken him to several prestigious events, including the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, the Buenos Aires Summer Youth Olympic Games and the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics.

In 2022, he was privileged to be part of the team in Beijing, the host city of the Winter Olympics. After six years overseas, Adrien returned to his roots to play a role in gearing up for the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games. He has dreamed of becoming an Olympic torchbearer throughout his career. The chance to make this dream come true, especially on home soil, is an extraordinary honour.
