The 2022/23 World Rugby Sevens Series is headed to snowy Vancouver on 3-5 March for the latest round of women's and men’s rugby 7s action.
Fresh from their second-consecutive victory in Los Angeles, men's series leaders New Zealand are the early favourites to complete a hat-trick in Canada.
Akuila Rokolisoa is the top try and points scorer overall, so expect another creative masterclass from the All Blacks Sevens playmaker.
Last week's beaten finalists Argentina will need to land a second victory of the season if they are to close the 21-point gap between themselves and the All Blacks Sevens in the rankings.
With 2021 World Player of the Year and try-scoring machine Marcos Moneta in their ranks, Los Pumas certainly have enough firepower to get the job done.
Also keep an eye out for reigning Olympic champions Fiji, who have taken third-place in the last two events and appear to be rediscovering their best form.
In the women's competition, Tokyo 2020 Olympic gold medallists New Zealand are going for their fourth-consecutive win.
The Black Ferns look unstoppable this year, with lightning winger Michaela Blyde having notched 31 tries already.
The only athlete to have scored more is Maddison Levi with 32, and Australia will need their talisman to put in another shift if they are going to close the 12-point gap on the table-topping Kiwis.
Elsewhere, third-placed USA have finished in the top three of all four events so far, and will be hopeful of landing their first win of the season so close to home.
Remember, there is even more to play for this season with the teams ranked 1-4 at the end of the 2022/23 world series automatically qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
