The 2022/23 World Rugby Sevens Series is headed to perhaps its best-known destination, Hong Kong, on 31 March-2 April for the latest round of women's and men’s action.

New Zealand's women look unstoppable having won the previous four tournaments, and will be the favourites to do so again on the penultimate stop of their season.

Flying winger Michaela Blyde is still the one to watch for the Black Ferns, having scored 38 tries this campaign so far.

She is second only to Australia's Maddison Levi in the try-scoring charts. With 44 already, she'll be hoping to extend her lead in Hong Kong and help to land the reigning world and series champions' second title win of the season.

Things are slightly less predictable for the eighth out of 11 men's events, where second-on-the-log Argentina are the in-form side, having sealed their second win of the season in Vancouver to consolidate second in the table.

Standings leaders New Zealand will be hoping to bounce back after their disappointing quarter-final exit in Canada, while world and Olympic champions Fiji cannot be counted out, having been the most successful team in Hong Kong historically.

The men to watch will be Los Pumas' flyer and Youth Olympic Games gold medallist Marcos Moneta, All Blacks Sevens wing - and this season's top scorer with 28 tries - Akuila Rokolisoa, and Ireland's Jordan Conroy, who is able to score from anywhere on the field.

Remember, there is even more to play for this season with the teams ranked 1-4 at the end of the 2022/23 world series automatically qualifying for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

With just one women's competition remaining after the event in Hong Kong China, it means Australia and USA could seal their golden ticket to Paris with a good result this weekend. New Zealand have already qualified, while France are guaranteed a place at the Games as hosts.

Below, we take a look at the schedule for Hong Kong 2023 and how to watch the action live.
