The Las Vegas Aces took their second win of the 2022 WNBA Finals on Tuesday (13 September) night defeating the Connecticut Sun 85-71 courtesy of another strong showing from A'ja Wilson.

The 26-year-old scored a game-high 26 points and snatched 10 rebounds to move the Aces to the precipice of their first ever WNBA Championship. Game 3 will take place on Thursday and will be hosted by Connecticut for the first time in the series.

After holding the Aces to a season-low 67 points in Game 1 the Nevada-based outfit responded with an emphasis on offence in Game 2.

Chelsea Gray and Kelsey Plum combined with 2022 WNBA MVP Wilson to score 67 points with Gray and Plum dishing out eight and seven assists respectively.
