The US women’s national football team will return to action in 2025 in the SheBelieves Cup, to be hosted in the United States.
Emma Hayes’ side will play three matches in the invitational friendly tournament, which takes place from 20-26 February 2025, against Japan, Australia and Colombia.
The reigning Olympic football champions will then contend rematches of the Paris 2024 gold medal match against Brazil, who will come to California for two friendlies in April 2025.
In 2024, the USWNT only lost one of their 23 matches in all competitions, lifting the first Gold Cup before Hayes came in to take the reigns after finishing the 2023/24 season with Chelsea.
The US went on to win all six matches to take the gold medal at Paris 2024, marking their first Olympic women’s football title in 12 years and a fifth gold in the team’s history.
In 2025, they will kick off against Colombia on 20 February at the Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, Texas in pursuit of their eighth SheBelieves Cup title.
