With the UEFA Champions League (UCL) 2020-21 Round of 16 done and dusted, the eight remaining teams in the competition are set to discover their quarter-final opponents on Friday.

The UEFA Champions League 2020-21 quarter-final draw will be held at Nyon, Switzerland, on March 19.

The UCL 2020-21 Round of 16 saw European giants Barcelona and Juventus crash out, which means neither Lionel Messi nor Cristiano Ronaldo will be involved in the continental competition any longer.

However, there's still plenty to look forward to with reigning champions Bayern Munich, Kylian Mbappe's Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Erling Haaland's Borussia Dortmund, Zinedine Zidane's Real Madrid and Pep Guardiola-coached Manchester City still in the hunt.

Liverpool, Chelsea and Porto are the other three teams in the fray.

UEFA Champions League 2020-21 quarter-final draw format and dates

There'll be no seedings or country protection in the UCL 2020-21 quarter-final draw, which means any team can go up against any one of the remaining seven.

The quarter-finals will be played over two legs, with the first leg matches scheduled on April 6 and 7 and the second leg on April 13 and 14.

The UCL 2020-21 semi-final brackets will also be set, lining up the top four fixtures as well. The two-legged semi-finals will be held on April 27 and 28 and May 4 and 5. The final will be played on May 29 in Istanbul.
