A step-by-step guide to purchasing single tickets for Paris 2024 following the end of the draw
The long-awaited sale of single tickets begins on 11 May 2023. If you have received a purchase timeslot by email, you can access the official ticketing website during your allotted time. Follow the step-by-step guide to purchasing tickets below.
With the Paris 2024 Olympics just 14 months away, single tickets are finally on sale from 11 May 2023. If you want to see Noah Lyles and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce at Stade de France next year, now's your chance to make your dream a reality!
If you are successful in the draw, you will receive an email with a specific purchase timeslot from 9 May. If you're yet to receive the email, keep a close eye on your inbox and spam mail since this email will be sent two days before your timeslot starts.
Once you receive the email, you can access the ticket sale by clicking the link in the email during the time period indicated. Once your timeslot begins, you have 48 hours to purchase tickets in real time. A maximum of six tickets can be purchased per session, other than some specific sessions that are limited to a maximum of four tickets.

1. Once you have clicked on the email, you will be taken to the above page where you should click "Login".
2. Enter your Paris 2024 ticketing account email and click "Login".
3. Enter your password and click "Login".
4. If your timeslot is open, you will see the above notification. Click "Buy tickets" to be redirected to the homepage.
5. Click "Buy your tickets" to access the sale.
6. Now you have arrived at the sales platform. You can see all of the sports, ceremonies or cities by clicking "All events" or "All cities". You can also search for a session using a sport name or a session code.
7. Several filters will be available such as "City", "Event", "Venue" and "Seat Categories" to help you to select sessions. Once you find a session you are interested in, you can select it by clicking "Tickets".
8. On this page, you have all the information regarding the session: the date, the map, the type of session and information regarding tickets.
9. Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase, depending on the session (maximum of 6). Click "See all seat categories" to display categories for people with disabilities.
10. You can see your shopping cart at the top right of the page. Click "Go to shopping cart" to buy purchase your selection. Or click "Find more sessions" to add more sessions.
11. Make sure your selection is correct, then click "Continue to checkout" to go to the checkout.
12. Fill in any missing information and click "Continue to Payment".
13. Select your payment method and click "Continue".
14. Tick the box to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
15. Enter your credit card information and click "Buy now for €xx". Validate your 3D secure coverage if needed and click "Buy now for €xx".
