Simone Biles will kick off her 2024 Olympic gymnastics season next month (17 & 18 May) at the U.S. Classic in Hartford, Connecticut.

USA Gymnastics revealed the full field for the event on Friday (12 April) in a tweet. Biles, the world’s most decorated gymnast ever, is set to be joined by 2021 Olympic teammates Jade Carey and Jordan Chiles. It is anticipated that 2012 Olympic champion Gabby Douglas will be announced at a later date.

Biles, 27, made a triumphant return to competition in 2023, winning an eighth individual title in the U.S. before going on to claim a sixth world all-around title a few weeks later.

The U.S. Championships are scheduled for the end of May (30 May-2 June) in Fort Worth, Texas. The U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics team is set to be announced on 30 June in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
