Indian shooters won three medals - all bronze - at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Manu Bhaker, who had to endure a heartbreaking campaign at Tokyo 2020, spearheaded the Indian campaign with two medals. She won an individual bronze in the women's 10m air pistol event before pairing up with Sarabjot Singh to claim another in the 10m air pistol mixed team. The duo beat the Republic of Korea in the bronze medal match.

With the two podium finishes, Manu Bhaker became the first Indian to win two medals at the same edition of the Olympics since India's independence in 1947. She could have had a third in the 25m pistol event but finished agonisingly short after losing a shoot-off for the bronze.

Swapnil Kusale accounted for the third podium finish in the men's 50m 3 positions, bringing home India's first-ever medal in the event. Arjun Babuta also came agonisingly close and finished fourth in the men’s 10m air rifle while the Indian mixed skeet team lost the bronze medal match to the People's Republic of China.

India had sent a 21-member contingent to compete across all 15 shooting events at Paris 2024. This was India's biggest shooting contingent at the Summer Games.

All the Olympic shooting events took place at the National Shooting Center in Châteauroux.
