Paris 2024 Olympics: How to watch day nine live – full schedule and medal events on Sunday August 4

The eyes of the world will be on the men’s 100m final on Sunday night, with a packed day at the Paris 2024 Olympics also including Carlos Alcaraz against Novak Djokovic for tennis gold.
Sunday’s athletics programme is headlined by the men’s 100m final, where world champion Noah Lyles is aiming for Olympic gold but faces stiff competition in the form of his teammates Fred Kerley, Kenny Bednarek. defending champion Marcell Jacobs (Italy), Letsile Tebogo (Botswana) Jamaica’s Kishane Thompson, and Oblique Seville – just to name a few.
Elsewhere, it is a repeat of the men’s Wimbledon final as Alcaraz and Djokovic renew their fascinating rivalry at Roland Garros, with a first Olympic gold medal for both players on the line.
The women’s road race takes place in the afternoon, where Belgium’s Lotte Kopecky and Dutch duo Lorena Wiebes and Marianne Vos are among the cycling contenders.
It is also the final night in the swimming pool, starting with the women’s 50m freestyle final and concluding with two 4x100m medley relays that will raise the roof off the Aquatics Centre, which has housed some dramatic action already at Paris 2024.
