Shiffrin and U.S. women return to Copper Mountain slopes
Two-time Olympic champion Mikaela Shiffrin and the American women's ski team held a training camp at Copper Mountain in Colorado last week, marking the team's formal return to training after a coronavirus-enforced break.
Things were tricky for the course officials, who had to create trails for the team while battling against warm weather and the occasional rain.

World uneven bars champ Nina Derwael eyeing 2024
"Why not?" was her response, according to De Standaard. Previously, Belgium's Sportswoman of the Year had not committed beyond the Tokyo 2020 Games.
However, with the postponement of Tokyo 2020 to 2021, there will now only be two years after that to a home World Championships in Antwerp in 2023.
"I always wanted to participate in a World Championships in my own country," she said. "This will take place in Antwerp in 2023, and then Paris is only another year."
Before then, if you want to watch Derwael rock her routine on the uneven bars, she says she will likely take part in December's European Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan.
