After two days of high-stakes competition at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Gymnastics in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA Gymnastics has announced the men's roster that will be competing at the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

Brody Malone, Fred Richard, Asher Hong, Paul Juda, and Stephen Nedoroscik were named to the team on 29 June and Shane Wiskus and Khoi Young will serve as the 2024 Olympic alternates.

The stadium pulsed with excitement for the entirety of the three-hour competition as routines were hit, landings were stuck, and no one knew what five names would be selected.

Malone will be returning for his second Games after he competed at Tokyo 2020, while the other four will make their Olympic debuts.

Richards sat at the top of the leaderboard after day one (27 June) of competition and maintained the lead throughout, with Malone finishing in second, Juda in fourth and Hong in fifth.
