A whopping 22 medals are available on the penultimate day of competition at the European Championships Munich 2022.
One of the most exciting events of the day is going to be the women's Mountain bike race, where Tokyo 2020 gold medallist Jolanda Neff will chase her fifth individual European title. The Swiss rider is facing a strong field of rivals including defending champion Pauline Ferrand-Prevot, France's rising star Loana Lecomte and fellow countrywoman - and Olympic medallist - Sina Frei.
In canoe sprint multiple world and European champion Fernando Pimenta of Portugal will chase a hat-trick of medals at the Olympic Regatta Centre as he competes in the finals of K1 1000m, K1 5000m and K2 1000m.
Eight medals will be up for grabs in athletics: the showpiece event of the night at the Olympiastadion will be the men's pole vault final.
Swedish superstar Armand 'Mondo' Duplantis will be favourite for another title, having recently won the gold medal and set a new world record at the World Athletics Championships. The 22-year-old is the reigning indoor and outdoor European champion and his recent world record in Oregon saw him sail to victory with a jump of 6.21m. Will he raise the bar once again in Munich?
In the women's 800m, world and Olympic silver medallist Keely Hodgkinson of Britain is looking to add another European crown to her CV after claiming indoor gold last year in Tulun.
In the men's 4x400m relay, three-time European team medallist Matthew Hudson-Smith will try to get on the podium again with Team GB after Spain clocked the fastest time in the semi-finals. Great Britain set the leading time in the women's event while Dutch star Femke Bol will chase more medals at this Euros with the Netherlands' relay team.
