Olympic Channel Live Show From Lausanne 2020 - Day 13 - Wednesday 22nd January 2020
A dance spectacular for our final show from Lausanne 2020. Ash and the team are joined by performers of the official song of Lausanne 2020, Start Now, to teach us the moves as we round out the Winter Youth Olympic Games in style. Men’s freeski gold medallist Andrew Longino pops into the studio to talk about winning the YOG title, before running off to carry the Canadian flag at the closing ceremony, and action sports filmmaker Chris Rogers shares his top tips on getting great photos and videos from the slopes. With some behind-the-scenes footage and Live Show best bits, plus the usual action highlights and of course a big musical number to say goodbye, it’s a fitting end to a fantastic Games.
Olympic Channel Live Show From Lausanne 2020 - Day 12 - Tuesday 21st January 2020
A bunch of Winter Youth Olympic athletes being taught the dance sport of breaking by Buenos Aires 2018 gold medallist Bumblebee. What can go wrong? We have Lausanne 2020 freeski champions Gu Ailing Eileen from China and Kiernan Fagan from USA, and Australian Winter YOG snowboard champ Josie Baff chatting to Ash in the athletes village studio about their experiences at the Games, plus extreme sports photographer Antoine Truchet getting in on the action and sharing tips on how to take the perfect pictures for Instagram.

Olympic Channel Live Show From Lausanne 2020 - Day 11 - Monday 20th January 2020
Six Winter Youth Olympic athletes, three Lausanne 2020 gold medals, a couple of flashmobs, and one amazing pair of socks. All that and an intense game of indoor curling make an appearance on Day 11 of the Live Show. Ash and the team are joined in the athletes village Olympic Channel studio by YOG freesyle ski champion Erik Wahlberg from Sweden, and Canadian cross-country ski competitor Jasmine Drolet. They’re then set the challenge of an indoor curling game alongside Norway’s Lausanne 2020 mixed team winning pair of Lukas Hoestmaelingen and Ingeborg Forbregd, and Team USA duo Kaitlin Murphy and Ethan Hebert. Now for something a bit different. Olympic speed skating gold medallist Zhang Hong meets two big Swiss St. Bernard dogs and one enthusiastic Lausanne 2020 mascot. The Chinese star told Ash and the team how the next Winter Olympic hosts are building towards Beijing 2022, as we let a bunch of Youth Olympic Games (YOG) athletes take over and present part of the show from the athletes village too.

What’s in your kitbag? That was the theme for a show featuring double Olympic champion Tina Maze of Slovenia, and two-time ice hockey medallist Emma Terho from Finland. Lausanne 2020 athletes also revealed their essential items for competition at these Winter Youth Olympics as Ash and the team wrapped up the best of the action from day 9 of the Games, and welcomed British sailing gold medallist Saskia Clark to share details of the #BigPlasticPledge that the IOC are supporting to reduce single-use plastic in sport.
