Bill Agee ran for the Emorywood Club and the Stonewall Democratic AC. He won the 1928 US Olympic Trial marathon in Baltimore, and also won marathons in Baltimore in 1929, 1930, and 1931. Agee was AAU Marathon Champion in 1939 and AAU 15 mile champion in 1929-31. Agee later committed suicide. He had been in poor health for several years, when he was found in his running car, with a hose connecting the exhaust to the interior of the car.
