Roy Thomas PECKHAM

Tom Peckham won three straight Iowa state championships in high school at Cresco, Iowa. He then attended Iowa State where he won the NCAA title his junior and senior years. He just missed a medal at the 1968 Olympics, placing fourth. Peckham was inducted into the Iowa High School Hall of Fame, and in 1985, the Iowa Wrestling Hall of Fame. In 1981 he was the Grand March Escort at the Iowa high school wrestling tournament.
