Biography

Robert Hewitt wrestled bantamweight freestyle at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics, finishing fifth. He competed for the University of Michigan. Hewitt was a two-time runner-up at the NCAA Championships, was twice Big 10 Champion, and was AAU Champion from 1928-30. Hewitt served in the US Army from 1942-45.
