Julio César Rocha López was a Nicaraguan sports administrator who was best known as a former President of the Nicaraguan Soccer Federation (FENIFUT) from 1987-2012. Rocha López also served as President of Central American Football Union (UNCAF) from 2003-07. He was a member of FIFA Olympic Tournament Commission from 2000-08, and served as a FIFA Instructor in Administration and Management.
