Biography
Charles Harold MCCALLISTER
Harold McCallister played water polo for the Los Angeles Athletic Club and the Pacific Coast Club. He attended Long Beach Polytechnic High School and Stanford University, and then earned a medical degree from the University of Colorado. At Long Beach Poly McCallister led his team to the California High School championship in 1921. He won AAU titles in 1932 and 1936 and Pacific Coast Championships in 1923-25. McCallister played at the 1932 and 1936 Olympics, and retired from competition after the Berlin Olympics to concentrate on his medical career.
