Delegatees
For the smooth provision of Services, the IOC delegates tasks regarding the processing of your personal information as follows.
Information collected herein will be processed by the IOC. The IOC may, however, delegate the processing of your personal information to the entities listed below, and therefore transfer your personal information to them (which includes a transfer outside of the Republic of Korea). Such transfer may occur immediately upon its collection and may be automatically transferred via telecommunications network. Each delegatee will retain and use such personal information for as long as they remain our delegatee and in accordance with the Period of Retention and Use mentioned here.
Items of Personal Information to be Transferred to Overseas Delegatees
Personal information collected via cookies technologies (device attributes, including operating system, hardware and software versions, push notification settings, privacy settings, screen size, unique device identifier, user agent ID, network connections (information such as your Internet Service Provider, language, time zone, IP address), user browsing activity (e.g. screen views, video views), the post-registration ID that we assign to you if you decide to create an Olympic ID, and if you consent to receive them, a record of your preferences for push notifications and marketing). If you agree to provide it, your preferences in terms of favourite team, sport, athlete, etc. And, where you choose to create an Olympic ID, your email, password, place of residence, and confirmation of you being 14 years of age or older. Other personal information includes the records of the marketing consents that you provide at the time of Olympic ID creation or otherwise via the Services (as well as any updates that you make to such consents).

Method and Procedure to Refuse Consent and Resulting Effect of Such Refusal
You have the right to refuse to consent to the overseas transfer of personal information. However, your refusal means that we cannot provide you with any Services and, where you have commenced a Services activation process, the Services activation process will be discontinued.
