Hong LIU

Hong Liu raced for China at the 1988 Olympics in the team time trial and the road race. He competed twice in the Peace Race, finishing 82nd in 1989 and not finishing in 1988. Later he was Secretary-General the Anhui Provincial Cycling Association, and one of the national coaches at the Beijing Olympics in 2008.
