MEDIA ACCESS
Media access to the Windsor Marapendi hotel is very limited. However, day passes will be available during the IOC meetings and the Olympic Games to allow the media to conduct pre-booked interviews. These passes will be delivered subject to a formal request to the IOC Media Relations Team at least 24 hours in advance.
Media who require a day pass to access the Windsor Marapendi should send an email to: pressoffice@olympic.org and must include the following information:

• Journalist’s full name and name of media organisation

• Date and time of the interview as well as name of the interviewee(s)
