129th IOC Session – Important information for the Media

Access
Your Games accreditation will allow you to enter the Convention Centre in the Windsor Oceanico. If you do not have a Games accreditation, please contact the IOC Media Relations Team (see details below).
Please allow sufficient time to enter the Convention Centre as there will be security checks. We strongly recommend you to arrive one hour before the start of the meeting.

Media Working Room
A media working room has been set up at the Convention Centre. It is located on the ground floor and will be equipped with free wireless internet access. The proceedings of the Session will be available through CCTV.

Photo opportunities
Photo opportunities will be organized for photographers and cameramen only. The meeting point will be outside of the Media Working room every morning at 08:45.
Photographers and cameramen will be requested to stand on the platform installed at the back of the room at all times. Filming positions will also be available in the Session room during the proceedings (except during the votes).

Mixed zone
A Mixed zone will be set up on the first floor at lunchtime and at the end of the day.
