reasons for election by the ioc athletes’ committee

as an athlete, i am very honored to be able to participate in three olympic games, during which time i have won seven medals, including five. i recognized the power that sport brings to me and witnessed how the olympic movement has become stronger with the support of athletes.

over the past ten years, i have been able to meet you here out of curiosity and interest in the sub-categories you are engaged in, but most importantly, i want to talk to you.

it was through this experience that i decided to run for the ioc athletes’ committee so that we could express our voices and be fully considered.

i am committed to serving as the athletes’ representative for the 2024 paris olympic athletes’ commission and the athletes’ committee of the international biathlon federation, in order to promote and defend the sport i have always practiced – clean sports , so that everyone can be given opportunities and environmental issues are considered. environmental issues are crucial to the future of our winter sports.

if you trust me, i will continue to work with you to drive the changes we love.

i wish you all a happy trip to the olympic games – and look forward to continuing to stay in touch with you in the future!
