The professional counsellor will ask for your accreditation number in order to check your eligibility to benefit from the Mentally Fit Helpline services.

• If you are either an athlete accredited at the Olympic Games or an NOC/IF accredited person, your accreditation number will be transferred by the IOC to WPO (the independent company operating the Mentally Fit Helpline);
• If you are either an athlete accredited at the Paralympic Games or an NPC accredited person/ Paralympic sport governing bodies accredited person,  your accreditation number will be transferred by the IPC to WPO.

This information will only be used by WPO for this purpose and will be kept no longer than 100 days after the end of the relevant Games you are participating in.
