Additional terms for the IOC Privacy Policy. The IOC is a data controller of the personal data that you submit via the form on this webpage and of certain data that is generated when you use the services that are being offered here. The IOC has a legitimate interest in processing your personal data. It uses personal data: to create and manage your Athlete365 account; for purposes related to administering the offers; and, to enrich the information it holds about you in order to fulfil the purposes described in its privacy policy. Once it has received your completed form, the IOC will share your personal data with The Adecco Group and Lee Hecht Harrison, and, where you are a Paralympian, also to the IPC. The IOC shares your personal data for its legitimate interests described above and for the legitimate interests pursued by The Adecco Group, Lee Hecht Harrison and the IPC. The Adecco Group (TAG)/Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) administers the Athlete Career Portal. As a separate data controller, TAG and LHH needs your personal data so that it can provide you with access to the Athlete Career Portal, comprising tools and resources to help you powering your career journey. Please note that TAG and LHH will share with the IOC certain information about individuals who participate in the Athlete Career Portal. This is so that the IOC may separately contact those individuals for feedback on the program. The IPC, as a separate data controller, will maintain its own record of which Paralympians have registered for the Athlete Career Portal.
